Paige DeBell, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Associate Attorney
Paige DeBell is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Timothy W. Davis. She has been an integral part of the team since she joined the firm in April of 2022 and is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland.
Coming from a large family in Studley, Virginia, Paige grew up with a passion for social justice and helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 2016, before deciding to attend law school at Widener University Delaware Law School. She had realized a desire to reach and support those in need on a broader scale than she could with social work. While in law school, Paige took a class on asylum law, which she loved, and often considered pursuing a career in immigration law. Although she began working at a general practice law firm shortly after graduating with her juris doctorate in 2021, Paige leapt at the opportunity to join the Law Offices of Timothy W. Davis and finally engage in immigration law, in which she was truly interested. In the time that Paige has been with the firm, she has been able to help clients who are in the processes of applying for Asylum, petitioning for family members, petitioning for waivers, pursuing Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and seeking Cancellation of Removal. She has represented dozens of clients in the Maryland Circuit Courts and in the Immigration Court.
For Paige, working in immigration law provides her the opportunity to tell the stories of people whose voices are so often suppressed, helping them overcome not only legal difficulties, but also often personal ones in the process. She has said that she is always struck by the inspirational strength and faith of her clients. She is constantly motivated by her clients’ resilience—that after enduring so much, they are still able to find the strength to leave their lives behind and have hope for better futures.
